He spent the first third of his career managing HVAC projects for MNC in the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors including E-merck, Crosslands Research Laboratories and Kodak India. He used his experience to kickstart a successful business representing industry leaders in the HVAC space catering to the pharma and building & construction industries. Nitin is a keen advocate for the HVAC&R profession and actively represents his peers via various regional leadership roles in ASHRAE, ISHRAE and IAQA

Mechanical Engineer from VJTI with 30+ years of experience in HVAC and insulation solutions across India and the Middle East. Partner at Thoro Buildcare, he represents Sekisui Foam International and has served as President of ASHRAE Pune Chapter. Recipient of the ASHRAE Chapter Service Award, he remains active in ASHRAE and ISHRAE leadership roles.
