Sandesh Bhure is trained as a Mechanical Engineer (Class of 1988) from VJTI Mumbai. His work experience includes 10 years in Voltas Ltd (AC&R Division) in Mumbai and Pune branch. In 1999 he joined M/s Eros Electricals in Dubai UAE for about four and a half years again in the Airconditioning department for sales and marketing of Lennox Chillers and other Lennox products.

Since 2004 he is running a partnership business Thoro Buildcare (from
Pune) representing the foam division of M/s Sekisui Foam International as their distributor. Sekisui’s main products are THERMOBREAK brand insulation for HVAC application and Softlon for the industrial, automotive and various other applications.

Thoro Buildcare also represented earlier M/s Polyon Barkai, Israel for the aluminium reflective insulation products and also M/s HAAMA, Israel for the polyester fibre insulation material used for thermal and acoustic applications.

Sandesh joined ASHRAE Pune Chapter in 2009 and served in various positions and finally served as it’s president in 2017-18. He is the recipient of the ASHRAE Chapter service award. He is currently serving as the Reserve Alternate of the Nominating Committee for RAL since July 2020.

Sandesh also is a life member of ISHRAE Pune Chapter and has served as the chapter Treasurer earlier.
