Money Khanna is BEE Certified Energy Manager & ECBC Master Trainer, Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment Certified Professional (GRIHA CP), Green & Eco-Friendly Movement Certified Professional (GEM CP), Indian Green Building Council Accredited Professional (IGBC AP) and & Solar PV TOT Certified Trainer by Skill Council for Green Jobs.

He is working in Energy Conservation Division of Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA), Govt. of Punjab & handling various projects related to Energy Efficiency in Buildings. He is extensively involved in carrying out all the activities related to the Implementation & Enforcement of ECBC in Commercial and Residential Buildings & other areas of Buildings Energy Efficiency, Green Buildings, Net Zero Buildings, Decarbonization & Sustainable Transportation in the State of Punjab in coordination with Stakeholder Departments and Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India.

He is graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University and has done his P.G in Environment & Sustainable Development from Delhi University. He has more than 12 years of rich experience in working on Energy Efficiency, ECBC, Green Buildings, Net Zero, Building Commissioning, Energy & Daylight Simulation for National & International projects and other Buildings Energy Efficiency projects. He has involved in carrying out successfully Green Building projects with providing quality documentations & helped in carried out facilitation of GRIHA, IGBC, LEED, GEM, EDGE Certifications and other code compliance projects. He is involved in Electric Vehicles domain also and
played key role in Electric Vehicle policy and Electric Vehicles Charging Infrastructure in the State of Punjab. He has organized more than 90 capacity building training programmes on Building’s Energy Efficiency and involved as ECBC Master Trainer in more than 50 training programmes across India.

He is working as a Volunteer with many professional technical societies like ASHRAE, ISHRAE, IPA, IAEMP, IBPSA-India. He is a Technical Committee member at Society level in ASHRAE and Regional Vice Chair for Young Engineers in ASHRAE at ASHRAE Region XV. He is a member in Advocacy Committee, Technical Committee & CoOL Conclave in ISHRAE. He is one of the Founding members of IBPSA-India Chapter. He is serving extensive roles as Chairman in ILDC Chandigarh Chapter, Life Member in Indian Plumbing Association and Founding Member & President-Elect in ASHRAE Chandigarh Chapter.
