Aakash Patel is an Engineer and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of HVAC, Building Management System, Fire Alarm System, and manufacturing of Air Distribution products. Currently he is a director at VOLPAK Systems Private Limited, a leading Design Built HVAC Contracting firm operating since last 30 years. VOLPAK is channel partner with DAIKIN India. He is a Partner at Infinity Technologies in the field of FAS, IBMS and Gas based suppression system. He is a Partner at STELLAR ADP Private Limited. The company is manufacturing metal Ducts and other allied Air Distribution Products.

Aakash has been an active ASHRAE Member for over 14 years. Over that time, he has served at various chapter positions including the President for ASHRAE Western India Chapter is 17-18. At regional level he has served as Regional Vice Chair for YEA and RP. He was the first person from Region At Large to be selected for Leadership U. He has also served as Sub Regional Chair during 20-23. He was the CRC Co-Chair for the RAL CRC at Istanbul 2022. He has served the RP Committee as Vice Chair and Chair during 23-24. He has also served at various society committee like Training & Education, Development Committee. He is the recipient of various ASHRAE Awards like Chapter Service Award, Regional Service Award and Distinguished Service Award.
