Mr. Muhammad Ershed Jaman Khan, known as Ershed, is a mechanical engineer with both a B.Sc. and M.Sc. to his credit. He holds prestigious certifications, including Certified HVAC Designer (CHD) from ASHRAE and Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) from AEE. He has taken and successfully completed numerous training programs from ASHRAE and NFPA.

Specializing in MEP design consultancy for commercial buildings, his expertise encompasses projects of up to 100,000 square meters, including towering structures reaching 40 stories high. As the founder of “Electro-Mechanical Control Services (EMCS)” in Bangladesh since 2006, Ershed serves as both Chief Designer and CEO, guiding the firm’s success. He has collaborated internationally, contributing to global projects. Together with his team, he has completed projects ranging from offices, super shops, hotels, educational institutions, hospitals, and garment factories, all with MEP solutions and some of LEED green certifications.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ershed is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of HVAC professionals, actively supporting government initiatives and offering training opportunities to aspiring students.

He has also played a significant role in the ASHRAE Bangladesh Chapter, serving as the Membership Committee Chair for three years and as Secretary for one year, contributing to the chapter’s achievements, including the Blue Ribbon award in 2022-23. Currently, Ershed holds a significant position as the MP Regional Vice Chair for Region XV for the term 2024-25.
